Earl Grey is a black tea with natural flavoring added to it. The Earl Grey flavor is a blend of oil from the bergamot orange which gives Earl Grey its refreshing taste and aroma. It’s a British tea that was first introduced in 1831 by Charlton & Co.

This scent is typically citrus-like, earthy, smoky, and sweet. This tea is typically served without milk or sugar.

It’s important to note that most studies regarding Earl Grey have only been conducted on animals so far but this doesn’t mean they are not valid! It just means it’s too soon to tell if Earl Grey will also have the same positive effect or anti-effect when it’s consumed by humans.
