White tea comes from the very young leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant before they are exposed to sunlight. This lack of oxygen means that, besides caffeine, it contains little else with which to make you hyperactive. Also, its antioxidants are more powerful than those found in green tea. These factors combined explain why white tea is often considered one of the least harmful types of tea available on the market today

2. Green Tea

Green tea is derived from unoxidized leaves that have undergone minimal processing, meaning that their antioxidant content remains high enough for them not to lose their healthy image. It is also an excellent source of fluoride and vitamin C. However, if you drink too much green tea, it will keep you awake at night. If you are wondering why green tea gives you energy, this is due to its caffeine content which is significantly higher than that found in white tea.

3. Oolong Tea

Oolong tea has a complicated processing method that means that it comes out somewhere between green and black types of teas. As such, it possesses the health benefits associated with green types of tea while also acquiring the rich taste associated with types of tea like black ones. Interestingly enough, oolong types of tea do not contain tannin-like types of black teas but they possess catechins like types of green teas instead.

4. Black Tea

Black types of tea are usually made from types of tea that have undergone substantial oxidation. This means that types of black teas are full of healthy antioxidants, but has also led to their acquiring a distinctive brown color and rich flavor.

5. Pu-erh Tea

Pu-erh type of tea is very similar to types of black tea in terms of its method for production, although it comes from the Camellia assamica plant rather than types of tea like Camellia sinensis plants. The fermentation process involved with types of Pu-erh creates healthy enzymes which are responsible for breaking down fat cells without affecting muscle tissue. However, this means that types of Pu-erh types of tea give you higher energy levels that can cause insomnia if you drink too many types of Pu-erh tea.

To summarize, types of tea come in many different types and flavors. There are some types of teas that you can drink on an empty stomach that cause no harm, while there are other types of teas that you need to watch out for because they act more like types of coffee than types of tea.
